This coffee is a unique AYA-TORI blend, meticulously crafted with a roaster in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture, from the selection of ingredients and roasting to the flavor design.

 

We have prepared two flavors, each with a distinct appeal.

 

The "Blend," with its delicate layering of beans from multiple origins, offers a soft mouthfeel and a harmonious balance of acidity and richness, leaving a gentle, lingering aftertaste.
The "Straight," selected with the roaster, brings a crisp impression with a firm mouthfeel and deep flavor that maximizes the inherent characteristics of the beans.

 

For both, we roast the green beans only after receiving your order, ensuring delivery at peak freshness.
