Article 1 (General Provisions)

Article 4 (Payment Method)

  • Convenience store payment

  • Payment methods separately determined by our company, such as gift certificates, coupons, points, coins, etc.

Article 5 (Delivery and Delivery)

Article 6 (Returns and Cancellations)

Article 9 (Membership System)

  1. Members can receive services such as points, participation in campaigns, and checking purchase history based on the conditions specified by our company.

  2. If there is any change in your membership registration information, you must promptly make the change through My Page.

  3. Membership may be revoked at our discretion.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

  1. We are not responsible for any damages caused by natural disasters, system failures, delivery delays, or customs duties and clearance when shipping overseas.

  2. We are not responsible for any troubles between users or with third parties.

  3. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with this service unless such damages are due to our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 11 (Changes to Terms)

The Company reserves the right to change these Terms of Use without prior notice to Users if it deems it necessary. The changed Terms of Use will take effect when they are posted on the Service.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes arising from or relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

Article 13 (Notation based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act)

The seller, address, contact details, sales price, payment period and method, and return handling conditions for this service are set forth in the "Notation Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act" posted separately.
