■About orders
①How long will it take for the product to arrive after I order?
Delivery dates vary depending on the product ordered and the delivery address, so please check the shipping date when placing your order. We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible after you place it. After shipping, you can check the delivery status of your order by checking the shipping company's delivery status.
Please also note that delivery may take some time depending on the volume of orders, delivery conditions, delivery area, bad weather, and delivery conditions at the shipping company.
What should I do if I want to cancel my order?
After sending the "Order Confirmation Email," we will begin preparing your order for shipment. Please note that we cannot accept any changes to your order (such as changes to date and time, address, order cancellation, or quantity) once we have begun preparing your order for shipment.
