"Tokoname ware" (Tokoname-yaki) is characterized by its delicate unglazed ceramic surface. JINSU continues to produce refined teapots, inheriting the tradition of a pottery established during the Edo period.

Their "futa-suri" technique ensures a tight fit between the lid and body, enhancing airtightness. The delicate, integrated ceramic tea strainer creates space for tea leaves to expand evenly, preserving the tea's flavor.
These teapots, crafted with the high skill of artisans, bring out the true deliciousness and aroma of tea.

This slightly larger teapot is perfect for hojicha or black tea, ideal for brewing and enjoying generous amounts. Its wide opening makes it easy to discard tea leaves and clean, which is another appealing feature. It's recommended for relaxed daily use.
