This beautiful and lightweight petty knife was forged by Takumi Ikeda, the fifth generation of Yasuda Hamono , a traditional craftsman of Echizen Hamono.

The small 12cm blade is perfect for peeling vegetables and fruits, decoratively cutting, and other detailed tasks. The high-quality VG10 stainless steel core features a beautiful Damascus pattern made by layering different steel materials, resulting in sharpness, durability, and rust resistance. The easy-to-grip octagonal oak handle is finished with wiped lacquer, giving it a luxurious feel that feels comfortable in your hand.

It is lightweight and easy to handle, making it a reliable tool for everyday cooking and camping.

[Precautions when using]
