With its smooth cutting edge and beautiful appearance, this professional paring knife will elevate your everyday cooking.

This paring knife combines sharpness and beauty, crafted by Takumi Ikeda, the fifth generation of the Yasuda family, a traditional craftsman of Echizen blades . The slightly longer blade, measuring 15cm, is versatile enough to be used for preparing not only fruits and vegetables, but also meat and fish.

The core is made of high-quality stainless steel "VG10," and the Damascus pattern created by the steel layer on the outer layer is a testament to the skill of the forging craftsman. The octagonal oak handle is finished with wiped lacquer, providing a comfortable and stable grip.

This is a beautiful and functional item that can also be used as a main knife in the home.
