Please note that we will be closed for the New Year holidays during the following period:

Holiday Period
December 29 (Wed) - January 4 (Sun)
During this time, all operations including order confirmation, inquiry responses, and product shipments will be suspended.

Orders received between December 26 (Fri) 15:00 and January 5 (Mon) 10:00 will be processed sequentially from January 5 (Mon) onwards.

Please note that due to anticipated delivery congestion during the New Year period, there may be delays in the delivery of orders placed during this time. We will notify you of the shipping date via a shipping completion email.

We will respond to inquiries sequentially from January 5 (Mon) onwards, but please understand that there may be a delay in our response time due to the expected high volume of inquiries during the New Year period.
