"Tokoname-yaki" pottery, distinguished by its delicate unglazed, high-fired clay. JINSUI carries on the tradition of a kiln established in the Edo period, continuing to produce refined teapots.

The "futazuri" technique, which perfectly matches the lid and body to enhance airtightness, is employed. Teapots crafted with this high level of artisan skill bring out the true deliciousness and flavor of tea.

The "shiboridashi kyusu" (strainer-free teapot), designed for enjoying gyokuro, has no handle.
Simply add tea leaves, pour in water at the appropriate temperature (around 50℃), and put on the lid. Then, just patiently wait for the tea leaves to unfurl. Without shaking, gently and quietly pour the tea drop by drop into a teacup through the gap in the lid. You can enjoy the authentic deliciousness and aroma of the tea leaves.
Its palm-sized design makes it easy to handle and convenient for storage.
