A beautifully balanced Santoku knife that combines traditional Japanese craftsmanship with modern functionality, designed to become a lifelong companion in the kitchen.

Hand-forged by Takumi Ikeda, fifth-generation craftsman of Yasuda Hamono, a renowned Echizen blade workshop, this knife reflects the refined tradition and precision of Echizen Hamono.

As its name “Santoku” suggests, this versatile Japanese knife is ideal for preparing meat, fish, and vegetables, making it an excellent all-purpose knife for everyday cooking.

Crafted with a VG10 stainless steel core and layered Damascus steel, the blade delivers exceptional sharpness, durability, and rust resistance, while showcasing the flowing Damascus pattern unique to handcrafted Japanese knives.

The octagonal oak handle, finished with traditional wiped lacquer, offers a comfortable grip and refined natural texture that fits naturally in the hand.

Lightweight, precise, and easy to handle, this Santoku knife brings both beauty and functionality to daily cooking, whether for home kitchens or professional use.
