Delivery Information
Regular products will be delivered on the specified date 7 days or later from the date of order acceptance. Catalog gifts will be shipped on the same day if ordered by 12:00 noon. Products eligible for "Expedited Delivery" will be delivered in as little as 3 days. (If there is a specified date, Golden Week, Obon, and New Year's holidays are excluded.)
Payment Method
Payment methods include credit card, Amazon Pay, Rakuten Pay, convenience store payment, bank transfer, and deferred payment (Paidy).
Gift Settings
If you purchase as a gift, you can have it delivered to multiple addresses and choose a gift tag or message card (only for eligible products).

We cannot accept cancellations or changes after the product has been shipped.
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience.
For non-food items, you can return or exchange unopened products within 8 days of receiving the product.
If you wish to return or exchange a product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and re-shipping.
If the product you receive is incorrect, defective, or damaged during delivery, we will replace the product at our expense. (Please return the product when we receive the new product or by cash on delivery.)
