Sparkling sake from Morita Shuzo, a long-standing sake brewery in the scenic area of Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture
It is the only sake brewery in the scenic area that has been making sake since the Meiji era, and has about 50 varieties of its signature product, Mannenyuki. Morita Sake Brewery is also known for sticking to traditional methods and continuing to produce unique products.
A new product, "Daiginjo Sparkling," was created for the G7 Labor and Employment Ministers' Meeting to be held in April 2023.
The alcohol content is 12%, which is lower than that of regular sake, making it easy to drink, and the refreshing taste still retains the deliciousness of sake, making it the perfect drink for a toast.
Taste: This is a rare sparkling sake made from Okayama Prefecture's Yamada Nishiki rice, polished to the utmost, and crafted entirely by hand.
It has a slightly dry and refreshing taste, so you can enjoy it like sparkling wine.
