It is the only sake brewery in the scenic area that has been making sake since the Meiji era, and has about 50 varieties of its signature product, Mannenyuki. Morita Sake Brewery is also known for sticking to traditional methods and continuing to produce unique products.
The first thing you can drink in the morning is a limited amount of alcohol, called "Arahasiri."
This is an extremely precious sake that can only be obtained during the pressing process between 5am and 6am every morning.
Also known as "fragrant sake," its vivid aroma and rich flavor are unmatched.
Taste: Unlike other sakes, it has a variety of flavors, just like wine.
